We ship worldwide.

Order Processing

Orders placed on regular business days before 1:00 pm IST will begin processing on the same day. Otherwise, orders will begin processing within one business day.

For an order placed on holidays, Saturday, or Sunday, processing will begin on the next business day.

You will receive tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.

Time of Delivery

Bare Bones books that are currently in stock will be shipped immediately. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping destination but will range from one to seven business days. 

Our service provider is BM Courier and Cargo.

Delay in Services

Bare Bones Publishing shall not be responsible for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other such causes.

Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of taxes. For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, and import duties.

Changes

If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the region of delivery.

Returns Policy

No refunds.

Bare Bones books are delivered in custom packaging. We recommend you open it only once you’re sure that the book you have received is the one you ordered. There will be no refunds if the book is returned unwrapped from its original packaging. 

If the content(s) of your order arrive(s) damaged, or is/are incorrect, please email assistant@barebonespublishing.in with your order number, details of the damage, and photos. We will let you know if you are eligible for a replacement delivery (pending availability). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received and within 14 days of the delivery date.

Payment Failure

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within seven to 10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank. If you receive a payment failure notification, please place the order afresh. Please write to assistant@barebonespublishing.in for any issues with order placement or bank refund.
